Sound and Stage Requirements RIDER
SOUND
- 12 Channel mixing console
- 600 Watts (minimum, depending on square footage of room and number of people).
- Sub Woofers and Full Range Speakers.
- One (1) Wireless Lav Microphone, or 1 handheld wireless mic.
- CD Player with direct track access and MP3 player hookup
- 1 Audio FOH Sound Operator
- 2 Stage monitors (side fills preferred)
LIGHTING
- Professional stage wash with Par 56 and/or Par 46 aluminum cans. Lighting may be flown or ground based using heavy duty aluminum box truss.
- 1 Spot light with operator.
STAGING
- Staging: Minimum 24x24 (24x32 preferred) excluding speaker area. If risers are used they must be tied down underneath.
- Stairs positioned center stage and/or on either side of stage.
- Minimum 15 feet from deck to ceiling clearance.
- Stage floor clear of debris & swept prior to artist arrival.
HOSPITALITY AND ACCOMMODATIONS
- Dressing room equipped with 10 chairs, lighted, heated, air-conditioned, 10 meals, assorted beverages, 1 case of bottled water, towels.
- Presenter to provide 5 double hotel rooms within reasonable distance from the performance venue.
FIRE ELEMENTS
- Type of flammable to be used: Charcoal Lighter Fluid
- How it will be used: Pieces of towels will be securely attached to the Ring of Fire and the Limbo stick. The towels will be doused with lighter fluid and lit with a lighter. Artist will jump through Ring of Fire and perform the Limbo under the Limbo Stick.
- Equipment to extinguish flame: Quick Extermination Towel (watered down towel)
- Artist does not provide fire permit, fire watch or fire extinguisher. Presenter is responsible for providing any and all of these if necessary.
- Presenter has the option of not using the fire effects.
- Artist will confirm use of fire effects prior to event when advancing all Tech Rider details with Presenter.
